“We are specialists in community, business, heritage and life preservation. As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility, Avesta have selected West FM Cash for Kids as their nominated charity for 2015.
West Sound Radio's Cash for Kids has been established since 1997 and is part of the UK's largest radio charity network through the Bauer media Group. In Ayrshire the charity is underwritten by the Hunter Foundation which allows us to proudly boast that 'all of the money raised in Ayrshire, stays in Ayrshire and goes to help underprivileged children in Ayrshire'!
West Sound Radio's Cash for Kids supports under privileged children across Ayrshire by providing individual and group grants to help alleviate child poverty and/or illness.
Thanks to the Hunter Foundation, every penny donated to West Sound Radio's Cash for Kids goes directly to children who need it most. No money from donations is ever used for administration and this further enables us to meet the ever-growing demand. We are truly grateful to all who help us achieve our objectives and make a difference to the children who so desperately need our help.
